做了什么

• 激活平台，升级接口调整，判断产品是否存在
• 激活平台，整理创建订单思路，创建订单接口允许机器码重复（激活码已经过期的前提）
• 激活码表、产品表新增产品、守护进程md5字段
• 产品id保原来id（后期考虑是否新增自增id）
• 激活平台，测试沙箱支付
